Your results will be emailed back to you with a full-scale bar report, including biomarker explanations and biomarker recommended reference ranges.
For an additional fee, you can book an hour’s long consultation with our lead GMC registered clinician.
You will receive a detailed walk-through of your report, with considerations of any current symptoms, previous medical history, lifestyle and environmental factors, with expert guidance on navigating your healthcare journey moving forwards and copy of your consultation transcript for your convenience.

For accurate blood analysis:
Please do not consume food for 8 hours prior to the appointment.
If your appointment is after 12pm remaining fasted for 3 hours before appointment time will suffice, avoiding fatty foods morning of testing.
This excludes water, please stay well hydrated for phlebotomist ease – consuming 1.5-2 litres of water before your appointment
Do not smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes before your appointment.
Please avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours before your appointment.

Most serum samples are analysed and returned via email within 72 hours from our partner lab accessioning your sample. This is relative to the biomarkers tested for within the test, some tests such as Prestige Health and Sports Performance return within four working days of sample accession.
Our advanced diagnostic tests can take 14-21 days to be analysed by our partner laboratory.
Simply await an email notification that your results are back, with the option to discuss your results with a further consultation.
